Grip for Sony Alpha 711

I just purchased a Sony Alpha 711 and am wondering if I should invest in the grip. I also purchased the 70-200 zoom. Your experiences would be appreciated

Get a grip! :-) Batteries don't last long in the A77II so you'll benefit from having the extended run-time of two batteries. You will appreciate this even more if you shoot a lot of video. The A77ii body is already relatively light so the grip doesn't change the weight factor that much. You'll also appreciate the feel and handling of the camera with this grip, which makes the camera body much more solid in the hand. I use the grip most of the time and only remove it if I am shooting tethered with the camera body on a tripod or telescope.
