I have changed from the Sony a68 to a A7iii, can i use a lens mount converter so i can use my A mount lens?

 

if so is there a link you recommend so i can buy one or can i get a cheaper OEM model form ebay/amazon until I can but E mount lens for my new camera?

There are a lot of adapters to choose from with different features and prices.  Part depends on what lenses you have.  Just do a WEB search for "Sony e-mount adapters" and you'll see all your options.

Check the contents of this forum, that subject has been covered many times.  If you are looking for adapters with best AF functionality, Sony's own offerings is probably your best choice.
