1) shoot (from a tripod) a series of images, changing the position of the focused space for each image; then stack the images in Photoshop or in a stacking software (google "focus stacking" for more step-by-step instructions)

Alternatively:

2) buy a tilt adapter like this one

New Tilt-shift Lens adapter ring for Pixco/Nikon AI mount lens to Sony NEX-7

(from 40 to 50€ depending on the seller and the lens mount, on ebay) + a legacy 24 / 28 / 35 or 50mm lens if you already do not have one (the 50 will be a tad longer, but it will give you a more pronounced miniature effect) and use the aperture on the lens to extend the focused area to your heart content

In case should you choose to go 2) here a few suggestion on the legacy glass:

24 and 28 = Olympus OM Zuiko or Minolta MC / MD; both solutions pretty cheap but of really good quality (the 24 will be around 70€, the 28 from 15 to 40 depending if you'll decide to pick the f/3.5 or the f/2.8 version)

35 = there is a Nikon Nikkor-O f/2 that is really pretty darn good, being the same optical scheme of the Ais version just with older coating, and it sells for 50/60€; otherwise practically any 35/2.8 out here should be at least decent enough

50 = any 50 of any maker will do, seriously; and you'll probably pay 10€ for it or even less
