OEM Debayering & Linear Profile?

I'm looking for software to get both OEM de-layering AND linear profile support for the Sony A7IV. My workflow would then take that converted image as a TIFF or DNG and import it into LrC or PS for further editing. 

I don't see support for Linear profiles in Sony IE. Perhaps IE has native capabilities that provide the same benefit as Linear Profiles in LrC?

Almost all of my work has to pass through PS for blending. However, I'm not married to LrC and can do with ARC.
