Serendib20
Hi, I like to see the focus point in a photo taken on my A7RM3, just like my Canon 5DM3. How can I see this? Thanks for any insight.
Advertisement Posted December 30, 2019 Posted December 30, 2019 Hi Serendib20, Take a look here Displaying focus points on a displayed A7RM3 photo. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
LiveShots
Can only be done when previewing images on the camera: https://helpguide.sony.net/ilc/1710/v1/en/contents/TP0001661939.html It does not show the focus point, but the area that was the focus point will be in the center of the screen Edited December 30, 2019 by LiveShots
dbmiller
There are some external applications that can display the focus point of a RAW file, but that doesn't help when you want a quick preview. @Liveshots' response is also the best I can think of.
