A7RII screen question

I just got an A7RII. It was an open box and perfect. I instantly ordered a screen protector from Sony and it arrived today. In looking at the back of the camera, it looks like there is already a screen protector on it. BUT... if there is, it is so perfectly cut and applied it looks like it was factory installed. Then I read that there IS a factory installed film.

Those of you who bought NEW camera bodies, if you look closely, IS there a cover film applied at the factory? I mean it is really a close fit, like less than 1mm or so all the way around if you catch it in the light, but you can see it as on top of the screen. If so, I'll happily leave it in place and add the Sony PCK-LM15 on top.

Whi, yes it looks like on my A7r2 there is a factory fitted protector, I never saw it and have a Gitos glass screen fitted over the top as a result.
