[Sony a7c] How totransfer memory card contents to Mac via WiFi ?

I have a sony a7c and looking to transfer the memory card contents to my Mac OSX Laptop. I thought this would be easier but I haven't been able to find out how to do it!

My USB card adapter is the "old" USB, and my laptop only has USB-C ports, so I can't directly attach the adapter into my laptop. Also, I do have a HooToo USB hub, but for some reason the laptop doesn't recognize the drive when it's plugged into that? So this is why I want to transfer over WiFi

Searching google led me to the Sony PlayMemories AtHome software to do this, but apparently that's does not support the a7c. Most of the other results were for tethering the camera, which I'm not trying to do

Does anyone know how I can transfer the memory card contents wirelessly? Or what is the best option to do this? I

I thought the a7c had USB-C ports, in which case you can just connect your laptop to the camera using a USB-C cable.

Good point, I found out the Mac I'm using has USB Disk Storage disabled from the KEXT level. So that's why USB is not working.
