Suddenly seriously bad noise with a6300

I acquired about 5 months ago a mirrorless Sony a6300 after having Nikon d5300 for a long time. During a trip, the camera started showing severe noise problem and some color distortion, even in low ISO. Maybe I'm very unlucky, but I'm disappointed with Sony. Does anyone have experienced such problem?

Is this a crop or a full image?

Is it a crop from an out-of-camera jpeg or from a semi-processed RAW? RAW files usually need some luminance noise reduction. If it's from an out-of-camera jpeg then there's indeed something wrong. A RAW may look like that if not properly processed.

Also very much as to do with the exposure. If exposure was optimal, then this image does look noisy. If you had to bring up the exposure, then perhaps it is expected. I have a a6500 and it is a great APS-C performer when it comes to noise.
