  1. Hi, just wondering if you could use a powerbank/powerpack to recharge the batteries in the A7IV. I have seen plenty of videos or comments saying if you're shooting for long periods of time, or very very long time lapses et al to use a powerbank to good your camera powered. Is it therefore just as simple as powerbank/powerpack USB cable supplied with the camera and let the battery recharge? I have attached an image as an example just to clarify what I mean by powerbank/powerpack. Thanks in advance
  2. I use the A6300 a lot for video and use a large power bank that I connect to the USB port. I discover that there is no voltage on the USB data bus (D- and D+) only 5 volt on the original Sony USB power supply when I measure, but there is a small voltage on the databus pin 2 and 3 (d- and d+) on powerbank's and other USB power supplies (see photos), could this damage the camera?
  3. I want to power my Sony A9 with a power bank via the (only) usb micro plug of the camera. Then how can I plug CamRanger2 or other devices with usb micro plugs to the camera? Is there any split cable available? Hubert
