Language issue - Sony A7c

I just bought a sony a7c which I have not been able to put in Spanish, which makes it super difficult for me to handle it. Only English and others are available, except Spanish. Is there any way to fix?
I already tried firmware update, factory reset and it remains the same

Did you buy it grey market? If you bought it in an appropriate store in Europe or the Americas, it should support Spanish. There's no legit way of enabling additional languages on your camera.

I agree with Olaf W. and Pieter.  You have bought a grey market model. Perhaps saved yourself a few Euros at the cost of the Spanish language option. Hope that you can return it and get your money back. If you bought it from a Spanish retailer then EU law would allow that if it is not as described.
