Will this work on a7 ? (n00b)

I am interested in a telephoto around this price range, will the sony version fit,  do I need an adapter, etc?

 

Of course if anyone has any better recommendations, MUCH appreciated

You will need an LA-EA4 Adapter.

 

Or have a look after a Sony 70-400; that's great!

i have the Sony HVL F42-AM + adapter from the old sony  to the new sony connector

or very nice and very small meike MK 320

or nissin i40 maybe this is a better solution than the Sony HVLF 42

 

i have a sigma 105 2.8 AF IS macro lens that work very well with A7 and LA EA4 also the OIS is great...

so the LA EA4 opens you  a great choice of wonderful lenses with very fast SLR AF speed
