flickering viewfinder

Hi All.
Just got my new sony 7 MK2.
I HAVE A QUESTION REGARDING THE EVF 
WHEN I LOOK THROUGH THE VIEWFINDER IMAGE SHOWS FLICKERING AND THE VIEW IS NOT SHARP.
ANY IDEAS? PLEASE HELP

Hi Thanks for your replay.

This happen mainly in low light conditions 

on the outside is not so bad as in door,the last five years I have a nikon d7000 

I'm not sure if this is normal thing or faulty product.

Yesterday upgraded the FW not much improvement.

Thank you!  That makes it very clear.  Perhaps you could try the new Canon 5Ds?

I have the same on my A7s. I only noticed it happens with some sorts of artificial light indoors. In Concerts for example i never had the problem.

Is the view on the rear screen also "not sharp" and "flickering"? For the viewfinder there is a diopter adjustment, this impacts sharpness. I never really noticed any flickering with my A7mk2, actually its pretty good with the right diopter adjustment, don't really notice its and EVF at all.

Believe I saw posts that some fluorescent lights can cause flicker, but can't find it now. How is the image on the screen, the same or better/worse? FWIW, it's not a problem on my A7ii.

it seems that the problem appears  mainly in low light conditions and indoors light .image on the screen is fine just the evf not as sharp.

I don't think what you are describing is normal behavior. I don't recall experiencing this phenomenon in over three years as an a77 and now a77M2 user.
