Legacy Lens for a6000

After reading many posts concerning the use of older lens, I get the feeling that legacy lens (full 35mm lens) are not the best for APS-C sensors. I have  five or six prime and zoom Takumar and Pentax lenses. I haven't taken many shots at all with them, but the few pictures I did take looked good to me. What are the issues using these FF lenses with the a6000?
