Sony A7R Continuous Bracketing

Hi I want to take all 3 exposures at -2ev, 0ev and 2ev at one click of a shutter button but I'm not sure how. I chose Continuous bracketing 2ev 3 images at Aperture mode but it doesn't allow me take all 3 pics at one click. I chose Single Bracketing 2ev 3 images and I'm able to take 3 pictures but I need to press 3 times continuously. May I know how can I do it but with 1 click of the button? Thanks!

Do I need to hold the button down continuously? Or can I just click the shutter once and it takes 3 pics for me? Thanks!

I just press once and it takes 3 shots, it is so quick though it is hard to tell.

I see. Because if I were to take longer exposures, say 10+ sec, I'll have to hold for the entire duration right?
