Could this be an issue with ISO-Auto? (A7SII + 28 mm f/2)

While filming a YouTube video I've noticed occasional flickering for some reason, it happened only a few times in a 10 minute video.
 

Here's a 30 second clip https://www.dropbox.com/s/znjxepwb1c9alyi/camera-problem.mp4?dl=0 if you look ~11 sec you'll start noticing some flickers and color change on the side.
 

Have no idea how to address this, I'll try fixed ISO today.
 

Any ideas?
