Sony A7R update software get problem, need help

I tried to update my A7R version 1.2 to version 2.0, the update almost went thru the get error, now my Sony A7R cannot do anything, a small red light on at the right corner of camera,

please please help

Try taking the battery out of the camera, disconnect from your computer. Wait a couple of minutes and insert the battery (make sure it has a good charge in it) and then retry the software update from the start and that includes re-downloading the update from sony.com, just in case that file was corrupt in some way.

you didn't read the instructions before you installed. contact sony support there is a way to get it working again. this happened to me. don't panic, just contact sony support and do EXACTLY as they tell you. i suggest using the support Chat.
