Odd indeed. The same thing happened in a previous thread, also with your post. 

I cracked the screen on my a7RM4A. I ordered the exact replacement listed on the OEM Sony Encompass parts website (listed as compatible with both the 7RM4A and 7RM4). The repair is straightforward enough but the ribbon cable on the replacement screen is a different size. Does anyone have experience with this? Everything on the new screen is identical except the ribbon cable and Sony sells this screen as compatible with both the A7RM4A and A7RM4 cameras. Does anyone know the exact part number for the A7Rm4A?

Not so.  I actually posted my message before yours.  Why it is showing up after yours is a mystery to me.  Yesterday, the date and time was correct, but today it is showing my listing as being two hours AFTER yours.  Stranger things have happened.
