Although you never have given any reason for disliking E-Mount.

The e-mount is fine for lots of people -- and offers the latest & greatest features -- but it's not for me.  I am happy with the a-mount, and there's nothing I've seen in the e-mount that I need or want.  I've got millions of great inexpensive lenses and accessories to choose from at bargain-basement prices.  What's not to love?  I have no interest in video, GPS, 2 dozen shots per second, etc., etc. -- or wasting my money.

I started shooting A-Mount in 1985 with the Maxxum 7000.  I have never turned off the camera when switching lenses with any of my Minolta or Sony cameras.  I always point the lens down towards the ground so if something it floating around in the air it will most likely settle on the rear element of the lens instead of inside the camera body.

P.S. My Maxxum 7000 is still working perfectly!
