Sony A7R Iv and Nikon lenses

I have a whole bunch of Nikon AF F-mount lenses (Sigma and Tamron) and just for landscape I want to get A7R IV but I don't want to buy any more lenses.

Anyone here is using Nikon lenses on Sony cameras? If so what adapter do you use?

Did you have a look here? Fairly old post but afaik there have been no revolutionary new adapters since.
