Can't record when in Manual Mode or Custom Dial 1 & 2 Mode

Hey guys, I've ran into a problem after changing my setting of my camera according to one of the youtube a7iii setup guides. 

But afterwards I've found that I can't record unless I'm in movie mode. 

Every time I press record in manual mode or custom dial 1 and 2 mode the message pops up as:

"Invalid in this mode. Available in movie mode"

My setting are basically the same as this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wa5voIxwsPI

I like to constantly switch between 25fps 4k and 50fps 1080 but it won't allow me after I change the settings. 

Any Ideas?

Sorry! Nevermind! I found out what the problem was. I just had it set to 'Movie Mode Only'
