LiveShots Posted July 1, 2018 Share Posted July 1, 2018 I would use the 55-210, it will help to isolate individual runners, use the widest aperture as possible to help differentiate the subject runner from the background. I would turn off face-detect and use spot focusing instead. With so many faces in the viewfinder the face-detect will likely not pick the same runner that you want.
