Best Zoom Lens for the A7rii

Hey, I'm looking to get a zoom lens - maybe the 24-105mm G - for video work with my A7rii. 

It's to shoot doc, run and gun, where I won't have much control over what's happening. Because of this I need a lens that's great for autofocusing. I saw this autofocus for the GM lens 

which looks amazing. 

 

Problem is I feel this will be too big and bulky for me to shoot with for long periods of time. Plus it's really expensive. 

 

Wondering if the 24-105mm has the same sort of autofocus features for video?

 

Any advice on this or other zooms that can handle everything would be amazing.
