MikeOfBonsall
Could not get one of those Vimeo small formats to work so I must give a YouTube link. Handheld in Anza Borrego Desert March 2017. A7ii set to the preset PP4. Incidentally I had no ND filters with me and this was shot using aperture priority and auto ISO which led to very high shutter speeds. Anyone see any bad effects of the high shutter speeds? isha1
Advertisement Posted April 1, 2017 Posted April 1, 2017 Hi MikeOfBonsall, Take a look here Anza Borrego Desert Wildflower Super-Bloom. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
cws
Anyone see any bad effects of the high shutter speeds? Isn't nature beautiful & amazing! As someone who "grew up" shooting 35mm film with nearly always 1/48th - 1/50th sec shutter... I'm still blown away by what you can do with these cameras, especially ramping the shutter speed & ISO. I couldn't pick anything specific off the youtube clip, though you stayed away from any fast pans which is what I would think might have been problematic. I am much more affected by the hand-held unsteadiness of the image than anything else..... that's just me as it makes me feel giddy. I can't read a book in a car, either... thanks for sharing that spectacle, Mike.
