Hi there, just got into photography. I borrowed a Sony from a friend and it was very nice. I hear they are the best and easiest to use.

SO I'm now shopping for my own but I don't know where to start.

First this is a great place to start, but to give you a good response requires a little more info about how you see your self using the camera. What type of photos do you see taking. People? Sports? Nature? Snapshots of friends? Or has borrowing a camera peeked your interest in learning more about photography?
