Dropped my a6000 with 25mm Batis

Hi, I recently dropped my a6000 on a hardwood floor. The Batis 25mm was attached. Lens works fine with my a7r.

The a6000 will not power up, even with the power cord connected.

Anyone have this problem, or any advice?

Safe to assume it's broken. I would send both the camera and lens in for inspection and repair. The lens could have internal misalignment or hidden damage that shows up long term.

If you are lucky (if that's the right word), only the A6000 will be toast; unlucky and both will need repair.

 

Of course, you may get some extraordinary good fortune and find that the camera landed flat, only leading to a wire disconnection internally, and the lens will be untouched, but I wouldn't get your hopes up.
