Are there any drawbacks to shooting video at this ISO (or even at anything below the native ISO which I BELIEVE is 1600)?

Seems that in order to shoot in daylight one must use ND filtration in order to get a usable f-stop. If ISO is set to 50, f11 can work.

I know that shooting at higher and higher ISOs results in noise, but what happens when shooting at too low an ISO, if anything? Or am I better off sticking with an ND filter?
