Which Lenses for Traveling with Sony A7s

Hi everyone

 

Next week I travel through Vietnam for 3 weeks. It is my first long travel since I have a the a7s camera. 

 

 

Now I'm on to decide which lenses I want to take.

The following lenses I have:

 

FE 28 mm F2

FE 35 mm F1.4

Sonnar 55mm F1.8 FE

Macro 90mm F2.8

Vario-Tessar FE 24-70mm F4

14mm F2.8 Rokinon

 

I just want to take 3-4 lenses but am not sure which. In any case, I take the FE with 55 mm.

 

What would you recommend?

It all boils down to what you like / plan to shoot.

 

Personally, for the kind of stuff I shoot, I'd take the 28 and the 90 and be done. Add to these the 55 given you've already decided to carry it anyway.

 

When I travel the lighter the better, especially because generally I like to cover a lot of ground on foot. Even in a city I can walk 20/30Km a day if I'm alone or with similar minded people; already the first day, after 10 or 15Km, I can assure you'll want to ditch at least a lens, even if you carried just two
