Your question is not very clear (is there actually a question?). It seems like you're struggling with moving the focus point. For instantaneous focus wherever you want, use the touch screen to determine where to put focus.

Hi, maybe a little clearer.

When I used Canon I didn't have to move the focus point from one side of the LCD to other I could just run it off the edge of LCD screen and it would appear on the opposite side, so if you need to get to the opposite side quickly , for example a bird appears in from the left side you don't have to go right across the screen just out on the right and focus point appears on the left.

No you can do it with the Nikon range of cameras think it is called Focus point wrap-around

That's an option on Sony. I don't think it's very well named - they call it "Circ of Focus Point" - meaning the point goes in a circle rather than stopping on either side. Dreadful name.

I'd expect you'd find it in the AF menus - on the A7RV it's in menu 2 of the AF menus, the one called Focus Area.
