A7S III ANNOYING Recording Start Delay

When I click record I hear the beep and get the red border on screen indicating that the recording has begun but I noticed that the beginning of a lot of my clips we missing so on closer inspection I realised there is a 1-2 secs delay before the video starts recording and the timer starts moving up from zero. This is super annoying and I can't seem to figure out how to stop this from happening. Can anyone help with this? I've tried resetting settings and formatting my v90 Prograde SD card. No luck.
