Which camera as an update to A7Rii

The A7iv strikes me as being video centric which is an area I don't want to set foot in.  Does anyone recommend the A7Riii over the A7Riv or have I got entangled in this whole spaghetti of specs?   I love the details in an A7rii image and often print A3, would like to print bigger.  Have been using CV apo lanthar lenses but will probably gravitate towards GM as my eyesight doesn't seem to be improving with age so I feel I need better AF than the A7rii currently offers.  

Does anyone have any advice for me with regards to which Alpha camera to avoid or purchase. maybe some info re 61 v 42 mpx etc and anything I might be blind to in my thinking?

I also have the A7Rii, generally printing on A3, but I have some prints larger without a problem - bear in mind that larger prints are usually viewed from further back.

I am really happy with my GM 100-400 and my G 70 -105.

Beyond that I cannot say.
