a7r II DOA

My new a7r II arrived DOA from B&H.  On power-up, screen says  "Camera Error.  Turn off and then on."  Is anybody else having this problem?

And, yes, I've already tried all the things you're going to suggest.  Six or more times each.

There is one thing you haven't tried that we might suggest. Its called return it in for a replacement.

Problem with replacement is shortage of supply.

 

 

.... and the other thing you haven't tried is

dunking it in salt water, then flushing it with

distilled water and then burying it in uncooked

rice for a week.

 

I guess this delays your book ?
