Front dial of Sony a7s not working ( the dial keep changing the values alone)

Hey Friends,

This is my first post in the forum, I'm from a third world country, and my Sony a7s is my first cam

I bought it used but from someone that barely used the camera.

The camera is flawless, but with a couple of months of use the front dial, the one I use to change the Aperture, start to go crazy, it keep changing the values alone as if there is some bad contacts, And when I try to change it keep fluctuate between some valors, like 1.8 and 2.0, never goes high or low.

I know it is the button because when I change the config to put the shutter speed in the front dial, the same thing happens.

This is a well known problem for this camera?

What should I do? there is a way to fix?

Hi Lucas. I'd be hesitant to open the camera up myself in case I did more damage and so this sounds like a job for a qualified repair shop.  I hope that you have one near to you.
