Where’s my video in my a6.

Hi, my name is Giampaolo and I’m newer in the forum. Thanks if you help me to solve my problem.

On my a6500 I see all the videos (about 12), but when I download to my pc I find only part of them (5). 

On the camera i can watch the video, so i’m expect the video is not corrupted.

which action you suggest me?

How are you downloading? Can you put the card into your computer?

1. check the path \PRIVATE\M4ROOT\CLIP on the memory card.

2. use the Sony Catalyst Browse application. If the program sees the files and the system does not copy them from the drive, just convert them to the application itself.

And it is important to know! The camera may show proxy files in the preview, but the files themselves may not be on the drive in their original quality (e.g. due to damaged media or camera error).
