Evan R
My photos, particularly when taken indoors, tend to suffer from soft focus or even graininess, even when I cap the ISO at 800 or 1600. I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong - it’s driving me crazy. Any ideas based on these three photos, by way of example: https://adobe.ly/2ETX0BA? Any ideas would be much appreciated! lamontcranston
The 4 photos I looked at in your link were very sharp on my laptop. I think your focus mode is doing a fine job. What are you viewing them on? And welcome to the forum and Happy New Year.
Evan R
Really, the colors and lines just don’t look sharp to me. I’m new to this stuff though, so maybe I’m just wrong. Using a new iPad Pro. Is there anything you would do different to the picture to make it better (putting aside composition, of course). EDIT: And thanks, same to you! ph_LDA
I went through the same issue. Here everybody told that everything is fine. My opinion is that those pics (and mine as well) are grainy, noisy and grainy. and it is the same at iso 100. Try to print them, or reduce the aspect ratio. You'll come to love your pics. I think it's the high resolution you are not used to as well as I wasn't... Edited January 22, 2019 by ph_LDA
