A7RII color changes after few secons

Hi everyone

 

I was editing my footage from my A7RII and i have noticed a issue in ALL the shooting.

after few seconds of recording suddenly the color of the image change slightly. mostly in reds.

EVERYTIME at 1:45 after start to record.

 

Anyone noticed something like this?

 

I attach 4 pictures of une of my shoots one frame before/after the color changes with waveform parade and histogram.

very subtle, I can't really see it on my laptop, but you need to tell us your settings. Especially if you are shooting in auto white balance?

Yes is very subtle, but I can asure you is happening in all the shoots at the same 1:45 sec

All the setting were in manual, WB, ISO,Iris, aperture...

XAVC S HD 50p 50 M PP7 S35 mode

 

I've been making some test and there is something on the compression process.

One of them was import into FCPX creating Optimized file and other with non optimized file.

on the original the change is almost imposible to see on the picture, but in the wavefom you can apreciate something has change.

on the transcoded file, is more "visible" as you saw on the previous clip.

 

But probably is a trasncoding issue from FCPX but I'm still digging into it.

 

both file for test MP4 direct from camera, and mov trasncoded in ProRes by FCPX
