Hi everybody,

I discovered argentic photography when I began astro-photography and realized I needed to process the photographs myself.

I then discovered and fell in love with B&W photography.

Years went by, I got married and had kids. Couldn't spend hours (nights even) in a dark room so I kind of left photography.

it took me years to accept the digital evolution and it's only when my wife offered me a compact that my old feelings came back. But I was not convinced and certainly not about digital B&W photography.

More years later I decided that digital photography had evolved enough so I could start all over again. I got a compact Olympus XZ-1 which I used for a couple of years (all the photos on my web site are taken with the XZ-1)

I really dislike the designs of the Canons or Nikons, they look monstrous and unnecessarily.

I don't care about video, gps, wifi, high iso and I couldn't find the right camera for me until Sony launched the A7. I am a very new user of the Sony A7 but it feels so good to be back to FF

I almost forgot, I also moderate as part of the team on a french photography forum http://photo.forumperso.com
