  1. Recently I've visited the well known (at least in Germany) BMW World. I was there when the blue hour was starting and captured this via 7 images as a panorama. In the middle of post processing I just realized that I had some color bending problem in the sky which took some time to remove. Looking forward to your feedback! 2. Shelob's lair I've spotted this spider on a flower on our balcony. So I couldn't resist and needed to photograph it. So I grabbed my tripod + macro lens (incl. extension tube) and my DIY ringlight to get those highlights/better light on the spider. I shot about 80 pictures from the spider and blended the best of them in Photoshop together. I did this manually because the auto blend function wasn't clean enough. At the end I used Silver Efex Pro and done. Sounds easy =) but it took some tiiiiiiiiime. Equipment used. Tripod, Sony A65 with my Konika Minolta 35-70 Macro + 36mm extension tube & DYI Ringlight
  3. Another one, here's the 3rd part of my travel to norway from last year. Everything has been shot with my Sony A65. Feel free to comment. Thank you!
  4. Love your images. The Bokeh with this lens is astounding. I'm also looking into getting some old Minolta lens(es). E.g. the Minolta Rokkor 58mm f1.2 has a dream Bokeh. https://www.flickr.com/photos/28476552@N04/tags/rokkormcpg58mmf12/ How did you mount the lens to your Sony Nex? Via adapter?
  5. Thank you Seb, hmm you are right. I'm not sure what's been causing this but in the original post the snails are much sharper. The snail on the back is not sharp. It was moving too fast so focus stacking didn't work ;o)
  6. Hello again, just wanted to share the 2nd part of my norway impression from last year. Everything has been shot with my Sony A65. Feel free to comment. Thank you! Here is my 2nd part of my Norway collection.
  7. Oh I'm sorry. Haven't had the time to reply earlier. Don't know the exact problem. Is it possible to edit my post again? Couldn't find any option?
  8. Hello folks, just wanted to share some images I did some weeks ago. So on mothers-day I started searching for some small snails. Especially small ones because if you shoot macro, you have a pretty narrow depth of field. So after 1 hour of searching I finally found some snails. You probably won't belief it but this snail has half the size of my small fingernail. But still they were sometimes still moving too fast, to get a sharp image. Additionally I tested with this image the Photoshop Plugin "Fractalius". With it you get some "energetic" Effects. I tried to implement it as carefully as possible. What do you think?
  9. Hello folks, I just wanted to share some impressions of norway while I had the opportunity to visit last year. All has been shot with my Sony A65. Please enjoy and comment. I will be sharing this into separate parts so don't wonder.
