  3. Shot of the interior atrium of the state capitol building in Hartford, CT. Captured with my Sony A7 (original) with SEL1018 ultrawide zoom. All shot at the ideal focal setting of 15mm, so that's a true 15mm WA on the full frame Sony. As you may know, this is a cropped frame lens, but works in the middle of the 10-18mm range quite well on the A7. Lens also has the benefit of being stabilized, so my A7 behaves as well as the A7ii in low light at around 400 ISO at f/8, handheld.
  4. Recently I've visited the well known (at least in Germany) BMW World. I was there when the blue hour was starting and captured this via 7 images as a panorama. In the middle of post processing I just realized that I had some color bending problem in the sky which took some time to remove. Looking forward to your feedback! 13. This is a test shot using a Canon TS-E 17mm f4 tilt shift lens on my A7II body with the Sigma MC-11 adapter. I have to say I am very pleased with this combination. Having moved to Sony from a Canon 5DMk2 I think the Sony A7 series bodies are the dream combination with this lens. Focus peaking, focus magnification, in camera level indicator, tilt screen, grid line display....fantastically easy to use.
  14. Hello, since I'm a new member of this community and generally relatively new to photography, I would like to apologise in advance for any mistake.. To the topic now, I'm very keen on street photography. I love capturing buildings and in general i love landscape photography. I want to upgrade my lens so I really don't know which lens should i buy in order to shoot sharp and easily buildings/architecture, landscapes, sky and stars and of course night photos. I really don't know if it would be better to purchase Samyang 12mm f2.0 or something similar.
  15. Usually I'd use the A7r2 for landscape shots, but on this trip I figured I might do some street photography, and so I took the A9 instead. Founds some fun abstract shots shooting buildings straight up. With the no-blackout viewfinder, 20fps, and the focus point joystick, I find the A9 to be the best all around Sony camera.
