That's nice. I like the natural light coming from both left and right. Perhaps a closer crop would work too?

Yes Batis and yes I like a tighter crop.

 

The arm and (to some extent) the log are important compositional elements that help guide the eye. If you crop them off at the bottom, it interrupts the flow of the picture. You also have the banana bunch, or whatever it is, in the top right corner, which attracts unwarranted attention. So, basically, I would try cropping more at the top, less at the bottom and a tad to the left.

Thanks for that. I like the crop at the bottom as is but could crop more off the top as you suggest. No bananas in the image though...
