Does anyone have experiences, good or bad with London Stockists

I have recently had unfavourable dealings with a certain Central London camera shop  who firstly shipped me the wrong model camera, followed by a receipt showing no serial numbers. This shop did not seem to show on Sony UK approved dealer list and there was no trace of this shop when I spoke to Sony UK about registration, The shop then removed a sum of cash via my debit card without permission and they also seem to have similar history with another major camera brand where they state to be approved dealers but are grey importing stock from abroad. They have since sent me a final invoice, again without serial number and no mention at all about the lens which I purchased at the same time
