A7Rii US model vs non-US model

Can anyone tell me the difference in the A7Rii US model vs the non-US model being offered by some online camera vendors.  The non-US model appears to have identical specs, but is about 20% less in price.

The non-US model will not have a 1 year warranty and will not be repaired if something goes wrong.

Not a risk I'd be willing to take with Sony

400 less from DigitalRev and includes a 1 year warrantee. I would send an email to a US retailer and ask for their best price ... or visit an actual camera shop and ask there. Clearly there is room to negotiate.

If actually found out the the non-us model, besides some possible warranty issues, is setup for PAL instead of NTSC video, although either is available and just a setting.  Although no matter what you try, if you set it for NTSC you will get a warning on startup about it not being in PAL mode.  If you don't mind seeing that warning every time you startup, it appears there are no other functionality issues, and they do seem to run 10%-20% less costly.  That said, and even though I'm mostly interested in still, I'm not going to chance it.
