sounduser
Hi. I've just ordered a used nex6. I've currently got a bridge camera. This was cheap so I didn't see a reason not to dip my toe in the water. My question is. Is there a reason I shouldn't buy the TT artisan 35mm f1.8 af lens as my first lens? Cameratose
Welcome to the forum. I'm not personally familiar with the 35, but it seems to be a decent choice. Don't forget that camera can use E-Mount full frame lenses as well. Viltrox has just introduced a pair of lightweight lenses that are inexpensive. The great thing about Sony E mount is what seems to be a never-ending selection of lenses, priced from entry level to OUCH! Here's one TT Artisan 35 review, plenty more out there.
