SONY FX3 Bluetooth issue

Hi, Anyone encounter "System Error" message when turning on Bluetooth in fx3? I'm using firmware version 2.0.2

Is it hardware issue or software issue? 

Issue no longer seen after turning off the Bluetooth function.

Yes many people have the same issue including my self. for me, except bluetooth system error, my wifi is broken. whwnever i try to connect fx3 to wifi, camera freezes and wont turn off. let me know if u resolve it. i contacted sony technical and they said : "

We tested this claim and we could not recreated the issue. We would advise that you send your unit in for service"

i hope this will be fixed with a new firmware update soon. the solution for now is to use ur camera with airplane mode on and u can film with no problem.

Hi, did you get this fixed ??? I now have the same issue with my FX3. I need to turn off bluetooth it order for the camera to be operational. Otherwise it says "System Error"... Surely this is a Sony issue???!!

Hi VisitFlix,

Yes I sent my camera to Sony Service Center and they fix it for me.

Not going to update any firmware now after the fix.

i sent it for repair, they replaced the motherboard, and cost me 900$.

did they do it for free? did they tell you what they fixed, was it settings or hardware? for me it cost 900$ and they replaced my motherboard.

For my case they did fix it free for me as my camera is still under warranty.
