trying to get an app for the sony a7r2 using a macbook pro 10.11 with safari 9. I get the downloader must be installed message - then that doesn't work so click on the like to install for mac have done that restarted computer next time I return to the https://www.playmemoriescameraapps.com site and I'm back to square one, when I try and download the app it puts me in the must get downloader and that fails again is it possible to get apps for the sony alpha camera using a mac? and if so how? any insights, suggestions or help would be very appreciated. thanks,

Hi guys, girls, men, women, animals and all other users with access to this site. I've had this awesome camera for about a month and love it. So straight to my problem the new Angle Shift add-on for the Timelapse app is available but needs version 3.11 of the app. Ok no problem will just update app and then purchase Angle Shift. Not so after uninstalling v3.00 and then installing v3.11 it is still showing v3.00 and no options on app list to install Angle Shift I am running current firmware v2.0 on camera and have tried installing app direct from camera and from playmemories website. Please help. Thanks. -
Hello, I am able to reach Playmemories online and when I sign into my account I can see the paid apps I was using on my A7S2, however there is no way for me to connect my camera and download the apps onto my newer A7S3. I am using Catalina on an iMac and my A7S3 does not get verified. I am able to connect my camera with my iPhone and use the Imaging Edge software but I especially need my paid apps such as the Digital Filter Upgrade HDR. Other apps such as Star Trails and Time-lapse are also not downloading. Does the A7S3 support apps?
