I'm fully switching from a 5DM3 by getting an A7R3. I currently use an A7S2 for video and I have a FE 4/70-200 G OSS and a FE 4/24-70. I will use the A7R3 for portraits and continue, for the time being to use the A7S2 for video.

1. I'm thinking that I might sell the FE 4/24-70 and get a better one with a wider aperture. What is the best 24-70 for Sony?

2. Is there a better 70-200 then the one I have?

3. Which other lenses can anyone suggest for portraits or video that I might want to consider?

Thanks in advance!

The alternative to the Sony f4 zooms is the Sony G Master f2.8 zooms. They're very good and if you can afford them, it's a no-brainer.

For portraits you can either use the G Master 70-200/2.8, if you get it, or the Sony 50/1.4 ZA, 85/1.4 GM, 85/1.8, 90/2.8 G or 100/2 GM STF or the Zeiss Batis 85/1.8 or 135/2.8. Some of those lenses are noisy and may be less suitable to video.
