I have just brought an a6000, I'm thinking what lenses to get for it, I see you used an FE lens for these, do they fit just like an E-Mount or do you need an adaptor? anything I would need to think about before I invested in one?

They are awesome images Apollwnios and show what can be created from such "common" subjects.

 

 

AJNorth - all Full Frame "FE" lenses natively fit all E mount cameras and are worth considering if you think you might get a full frame camera later.

Downsides include the extra size and cost, and that you will typically get very slightly lower resolution from the full-frame version Vs one specially designed for the smaller sensor. (The stellar 55mm FE may be an exception to this rule).

 

Of course resolution/sharpness is only one quality of a lens - you might also chose an FE over the E version for it's other attributes such as colour or bokeh.

beautiful...question for anyone. around last year someone posted pics of buffalo/cow or oxen shot with FE 55mm F1.8 on a Sony A6000. Does anyone have a link to this post? I just keep searching for it on this forum, but can't find it. Thanks.
