Slashcam posts A7rII vs A7s video comparison slide.

The German site Slashcam.de posted that slide shown by Sony at a London event today. It shows the "video" difference between the A7rII and A7s. Super 35 mode is said to look damn good with no artifacts! Unlike the FF mode which uses binning and looks less good on the LCD screen.

Hello,

 

New guy here interested in the a7r II as potentially my next workhorse camera for professional use. What does the pixel binning in the camera realistically mean for the image? What kind of artifacts are we talking about here?
