16-55 oss e mount lens..iso issues in bright light

Hi..I buy 3 years ago a 6000 with the kit lens(16 55mm oos)it was working perfectly until now..but now I have some ISO issues even in bright light it's struggling the ISO is pumping up between 200-1600 even more in lover light..I also have a 55-210 wich it's working perfectly on the same camera..

 

I also update the fierwarm on the camera but same result.

 

For ex in harsh sunlight it's working like this a4 s1/60 iso200 or more.

Not very complete info. So far I might guess 

that the iris in your 16-50 is jammed at a very 

small aperture.
