Many thanks for sharing this beautiful image. I like the composition, the light, the colors and the contrast.

 

The only thing I'm not sure about is that there seems a bit of a lack of sharpness, isn't it? What's your view on that?

You are right, I don't care so much about sharpness. Should have sharpened it a bit after resizing...

 

But regarding the thread title I would like to encourage others to post images from their home environment here as well ;-)

Personally, I use the "Image" icon and upload the Picasa Picture link only (adjust size). This does work quite well for me, unless I change an Album name, I have noticed that then the picture disappears from the forum I normally use. Should be the same here.

 

An other option should be to use "My Media". You upload the pics onto your profile/account, make sure to resize before uploading, there must be regulations on how big the resolution can be. Then add the pic via "My Media".
