Sony A7S HDMI output

When I use an external monitor via the HDMI connection, I can't seem to get zebra and peaking to output to the monitor.  When I switch back to the A7S monitor, the zebra and peaking are visible, back to the external monitor via HDMI and they're not.  

 

Am I missing a setting?

I have use a MustHD 7" and an Odyssey 7Q+ with my A7s.

Focus Peaking and Zebras both worked.

My understanding is with the new firmware, you can have both with the PIX-5e.
